I began my studies in the Healing Professions with a Diploma in Counselling and Supervision, working in private practice and within organisations. For six years I lived in San Francisco, counselling terminally ill patients in a State hospital.

On my return to the UK I formalised my training in a four year course at The London College of Homeopathic Education. I am a licensed Homeopath and a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths.

My life has taken a direction incorporating all the twists and turns of my particular journey. 

Homeopathy whilst standing up to the rigours of conventional scientific research, is an energy medicine. Personally I have come to appreciate more and more the mysterious side of life, the unexplainable. Spirituality is measurable in the effect it has on us as is homeopathy. This is not simply belief it is an understanding and witnessing of so much in life if we take the time to be see it.

Increasingly Homeopathy has played an effective part in helping people develop their spiritual selves, which in turn allows for physical well-being. Some of the new remedies seem to enable people to further their spiritual paths and release blockages along the way.

As a NAET® practitioner I can specifically focus on allergies and sensitivities enables effective and fast resolution of symptoms. NAET® also improves overall immunity. Typically homeopathy involves in depth consultations this is part of the therapeutic process. This can be very helpful to establish patterns of behaviour and discover the best remedies for the individual. NAET® is more practical  and hands on.

In addition to the counselling process in my sessions I have incorporated Emotional Freedom Technique  (EFT) as this targets the release of particular emotions very effectively especially fears and phobias, stress, performance anxiety etc..

I am happy to offer a fusion of treatments or specific treatment to cater for the differing needs of patients.
